Students are one of the most ignored groups
in America today, and there is no valid reason for ignoring the students
of America other than the sterotype that we
are unable to comprehend issues of government in order to take advantage
of our rights as citizens of the United States of America. Considering
that by the age of 16, the majority of Americans have learned all they
will when it comes to the law, the sterotype which plagues American Youth
is unfounded. And therefore everything should be done to give adolescents
their rights and an equal voice in the governing of the country of
which they are legal citizens.
